Questions people ask about the trial

Is a card really not required?
Correct — the form asks for a name and an email address and nothing else. There is no card on file, so nothing can be charged and there is nothing to remember to cancel.
How long do I get?
The trial lasts 24 hours, and the app shows the countdown in the corner of the screen. Start it when you will actually be watching.
Which devices can I use for the trial?
Start it in the CatchON TV app on a Fire TV Stick, an Android TV or Smart TV, or an Android phone or tablet. Test it on the screen you would actually use it on: the television, over your own Wi-Fi.
What happens when my trial ends?
Access stops and that is the end of it — no card was taken, so nothing is billed and no reminder emails start arriving. If you want to carry on, pick a term on the pricing page whenever it suits you.
How fast does the trial start?
Usually in less than a minute after you press Activate My Free Trial in the app. If it does not start, open the live chat or write to help@iptvamerica.tv and someone will start it with you.
